Weighted Ball Design Meets Heavy-Duty Performance

Unlike flap pumps, ball valve designs use weighted check balls to control flow. This makes the Heavy Duty Ball Pump ideal for:

• Settling solids that need to move without collecting in the pump
• Suspended or floating solids where flexible porting improves evacuation
• Slurries or abrasives where added wear protection is critical

Choose the Right Porting for Your Application

• Top-Ported: Ideal for floating solids, entrained gases, or suspended solids. Reduces build-up and makes evacuation easier.
• Down-Ported: Best for settling solids. Solids flow out through the elbow, not the diaphragm chamber.
• Side-Ported (1" and 1½" sizes only): For tight spaces where a compact footprint is needed.
